The Farm on TV!
BBC 2 are doing a series of programmes on seasonal good quality produce. They chose to do a special feature on Guinea Fowl and selected Woolley Park Farm to be on the programme showing how guinea fowl are traditionally reared and produced.
Chef Valentine, accompanied by Damaras (famous for her traditional African cooking), spent the day at the farm watching the guinea fowl and finding out how we do things here compared with the wild guinea fowl of Africa.
They went away with some birds to cook for themselves also featured on the programme. The series starts on Monday 6th July at 8.30pm with Woolley Park Guinea Fowl being featured on Monday 20th July. We hope you enjoy!
Easter at Woolley Park Farm
Place your order now for Easter. You are welcome to collect your bird up until Saturday 11th April. We have chicken and duck available. Guinea fowl will be available at the end of June.
